The Technical Occupational Entry for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) NCFE CACHE Diploma Level 3 is a comprehensive course designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to work in early years education.

You will explore a range of topics, including child development, safeguarding, health and safety, and promoting positive behaviour. This qualification focuses on developing your understanding of how to support children’s learning and development in a variety of early years settings.

Throughout the course, you will gain practical experience working with children. You will learn how to plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of all children, including those with additional needs. You will also learn how to assess children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

A minimum of 350 placement hours covering ages 0-5 is required for this course, with professional development records.

By the end of the course you will have the qualifications required to work such as nursery worker, teaching assistant, or early years practitioner.
