The Early Years Intro to Children and Young People Settings with Health and Social Care NCFE Diploma Level 1 course is designed to help you progress onto a Level 2 qualification in either Early Years or in Health and Social Care. On this course you’ll be able to explore the roles and nature of work within both these sectors.

The course will help you develop an understanding of the various provisions in health, social care, and also look at provisions for children and young people’s services. The course will cover essential topics such as principles and values, health and safety, and working effectively with others. Depending on your interests you will have the opportunity to focus on more specialised areas, such as learning disabilities, sensory loss, or mental health.

Additional Information

Sharanja, Early Years, T Level

I always knew I wanted to study Early Years, but my journey didn’t start in a straight line. I began with A levels, but soon realised I wanted a more direct and hands-on approach to learning. That’s when I made the switch to T Levels, and it was the best decision for me. The T Levels course gave me the practical experience and confidence I needed to pursue my dream of becoming a primary school teacher. My next step is to study Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status, and I couldn’t be more excited about it.
