As the Curriculum Manager in Business & Finance, you will be at the heart of our Professional Services department, leading a team of passionate educators and driving curriculum excellence. This is not just a management role—it’s an opportunity to shape the future of Business & Accounting education at Stanmore College and beyond. You will have the opportunity to: • Lead and Inspire: Provide strategic leadership to the Business & Finance department, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding teaching and learning. • Driving Innovation: Develop and implement a cutting-edge curriculum that meets the needs of our diverse student body, from 16-18-year-olds to adult learners. • Championing Success: Support students in overcoming challenges, particularly those resitting their English and Maths exams due to government requirements, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals. • Collaborating for Excellence: Work closely with colleagues across the college to ensure our English provision is innovative, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.
