The Gatsby Benchmarks are embedded into the curriculum at Stanmore College , so we can provide the best possible careers guidance to our students. The eight benchmarks are:

The Careers Programme is monitored monthly to assess the effectiveness of delivery and is reviewed and updated annually alongside the Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance Policy. A full annual review takes place each August. For further information about the Careers Programme, please contact the Careers Leader.

Curriculum Learning to Careers

Students can enhance their employability skills and explore educational and career options through events like the Higher Education (HE) and Careers Fair, as well as university and employer presentations.

Careers Advice

Students can access confidential career advice through drop-in sessions or appointments to support their goals and aspirations. Contact details for careers advisers are below.
