Certificate Collection

Notice:

To collect your certificate, you must book an appointment in advance by emailing exams@stanmore.ac.uk.

Please ensure you provide your full name and student ID number as well as the qualifications your queries are related to. 

Please note that if you are a current Stanmore College student enrolled in the 2026/27 academic year,

your certificates are held by the Central Administration Team based in A006.

Please contact them directly to arrange collection.

Collection Times

Monday to Friday

Collection times: 11.00am to 1.00pm only.

Before You Visit

  • Certificate collection is available by appointment only.
  • Same-day appointments are not available.
  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow us time to prepare your certificate.
  • Please bring a valid form of photo identification.

Arriving at the College

Remember to bring your Stanmore College Student ID

Report to the Security Office, located at the Elms Park entrance, upon arrival

Confirmed appointments – we will keep your certificates at the security office.
