The Early Years Supporting Teaching and Learning Level 3 is designed for those looking to develop their skills and knowledge to support teaching and learning in early years settings. Throughout the course, you will cover a range of topics, including child development, supporting children’s learning, and understanding the role of a teaching assistant. You will gain insight into the importance of supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and how to assist in planning and delivering activities that support their educational growth. The qualification is focused on practical skills, and you will have the opportunity to apply your learning in a real-world setting. You’ll also explore the principles of inclusive practice and how to work with a diverse group of children.

The course includes a combination of theory and practical work, ensuring you develop both the knowledge and the hands-on experience needed for a successful career in early years education. By the end of the course, you will be equipped to support children in a variety of educational environments, from nurseries and preschools to schools and after-school clubs.
