Continued Progress on the New Build

Exciting progress continues on the redevelopment of Stanmore College, with structural works advancing steadily across the site.

As of last week, the steel framing system (SFS) installation has begun at ground floor level and is now nearing completion — a key stage that gives the new building shape and strength. Meanwhile, the frame for Level 3 (L03) is now complete, with vertical elements being installed up to the roof level of Block B.

Over at Block A, the construction team is making headway with decking works to the roof level, forming the uppermost surfaces in preparation for final structural elements.

These works reflect the momentum on site as we move toward the next phase of construction. Recent progress photos highlight just how far the build has come in recent weeks — with the full scale of the campus transformation becoming more visible by the day.
