Taking Shape: The Superstructure Is Nearly Complete
The transformation of our new campus building is moving at pace — and the latest drone footage captures just how far Bouygues UK have come with the New Build.
Walls are now rising to roof level, giving the building a strong and visible outline. From ground to roof, the structure is becoming easier to imagine in its final form — you can now clearly see where classrooms, corridors, and shared spaces will take shape.
Concrete has been partially poured for the roof, marking a major step toward completing the full frame of the building. This stage is crucial as it begins to close off the top level and prepare for the next layers of the build above and below.
Staircases have started arriving on-site and are now being installed. They’re beginning to show how the different floors of the building will connect. Each step — quite literally — brings us closer to a fully formed and functional learning environment.

We’re fast approaching the ‘Topping out’ milestone, a key point in the build. Every week brings more progress — and more excitement! Take a look at the latest drone footage to see the scale and pace of the build for yourself.
