Course Content
ESOL stands for English for Speakers of Other Languages. Improving your English can help you get more out of life in the UK. These courses will help you increase your independence, as well as develop the language skills you need for everyday life, employment and further studies.
You will have exams and gain a recognised qualification form the English Speaking Board (ESB).
Please note 90% attendance or better is required.
Course Outcomes
ESOL entry 3 is aimed at learners who have a good literacy knowledge or experience in English. You will have the opportunity of improving your reading, writing, speaking and listening in English and further develop your grammar and knowledge of English.

Upon successful completion of your course you can continue your learning journey at the next level, look for employment or improve your current career.

Assessment
Before you can enrol on an ESOL course you need to attend an assessment to determine your level. Your level of English will be determined by a reading and writing assessment and an interview. You need to book an appointment by calling reception on 0208 420 7700.
