Variable Hours Lecturer – Teacher Training

(Fixed term from April 2021 until 1 July 2021)

We are looking for Variable Hours Lecturer - Teacher Training to deliver the level 3 Award in Education and Training to undertake related professional duties.

A full and relevant degree or professional qualification is required as well as an appropriate teaching qualification. The post would be suitable for an experienced teacher with evidence of outstanding teaching practice, in designing and delivering teacher training sessions.

Examinations Assistant

(Permanent, full time, 36 hours per week)

We are looking for an efficient person to contribute as a member of the Examinations team to ensure that the entry, registration and examinations undertaken by Learners at all College sites are managed effectively and efficiently and completed in accordance with the Awarding bodies requirements. Further, that the data involved in these activities is recorded accurately within the College’s Management Information Systems (MIS).

You will have a minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role and qualified to minimum Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy and Level 3 administration or equivalent qualification.

Pastoral Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager / person with suitable qualifications for the post of Pastoral Support Manager providing coordination of pastoral care, tutorial and disciplinary procedures for all students. To also act as one of the College safeguarding officers working under the direction of the Head of Student Services.

You will have a minimum of one year’s experience of managing a team either in an administrative or similar role of Pastoral Support and qualified to minimum level 3 with a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and good IT skills.
