We are looking for a Site Security Officer to encourage and ensure on-site security and appropriate student conduct in line with the College rules and to assist with general site maintenance duties.
Candidates must have recent experience of security work, preferably with young people, and a Level 2 qualification/Door Supervisor’s certificate.

Executive Assistant to the Principal

(Full time, 36 hours per week, through the year)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Senior Leadership Team as PA to the Principal.
The ability to manage a complex diary, you will also need to provide College support, minuting committees and other office skills.
This role is key to the successful day to day operation. You will communicate on behalf of the Principal and members of the senior team with key external contacts, such as Governors, Heads of other colleges, Local Authority, employers, residents, parents and students. The role has real scope for impact, consisting of managing a complex and diverse workload to tight deadlines with your own projects to lead.
Using your expert judgement, you will proactively manage the correspondence and schedule of the Principal.
The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal, written and oral skills; be confident working with colleagues at all levels in the organisation and externally.
To maintain positive working relationships, extensive experience of prioritising and managing multiple and conflicting tasks, diaries and deadlines and the ability to respond flexibly.
This role requires a capable individual with a flexible and positive approach. You will be qualified to at least ‘A’ level or equivalent and will have outstanding organisational skills and be computer literate with excellent MS and Excel skills.

Maintenance Officer

Stanmore College is a further education college in the London Borough of Harrow with an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’. It delivers education and training programmes to young people and adults.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Estates Officer to complete site maintenance tasks to a high standard, pre-planned maintenance, site and health & safety checks and to assist with general site maintenance duties.
Shifts required:
Monday to Friday 0530 – 1300
Monday to Friday 1100 – 1830 (alternate)
Saturday (typically 1 in 4)
In addition, the Estates Team provide front line security to ensure student conduct in line with the College rules.

Examinations Assistant

(Permanent, full time, 36 hours per week)
We are looking for an efficient person to contribute as a member of the Examinations team to ensure that the entry, registration and examinations undertaken by Learners at all College sites are managed effectively and efficiently and completed in accordance with the Awarding bodies requirements. Further, that the data involved in these activities is recorded accurately within the College’s Management Information Systems (MIS).
You will have a minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role and qualified to minimum Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy and Level 3 administration or equivalent qualification.
