What are Vocational Courses and how are they beneficial?
Vocational courses have a focus on developing your practical skills. They include a mix of classroom learning and real-world experience, such as work placements or practical assignments, which help you build the skills that employers in that field are looking for. The goal is to equip you with job ready skills and relevant industry knowledge so you can enter the workforce with confidence, advance in your current role, or even pursue further study in the same field. They are different from academic courses that emphasise theory. Vocational courses are available depending on the subject and field you want to study.

How much will my course cost?
Course fees vary depending on the course you are enrolling on, and other eligibility criteria. The criteria depends on whether you are a young learner, an adult learner, and on your personal circumstances. In some cases courses are free and in other cases, you would have to pay. When you come to the College for enrolment, you will have a fee assessment with our dedicated fee advisors. They will check if you meet the eligibility requirements and inform you if the course is free or if there is a fee due. They can also provide information about what kind of funding support you may be eligible for, if any.
