The Business Skills NCFE Diploma Level 2 will help you kickstart a career in business. You’ll learn about business communication, problem-solving, customer service, teamwork, and cultivate a business mindset. The course will give you a solid foundation recognised by employers for work, or you can go into further study.
The course will help you build your confidence with hands-on tasks. You’ll create professional documents, manage projects, and even implement your own innovative ideas to help a business grow.
The courses consist of 10 units:
- Respond to Change in a Business Environment: Adapt to new tech, processes, or workplace changes with ease.
- Business Culture and Responsibilities: Understand how businesses work, their values, and your role in keeping things ethical and safe.
- Deliver Customer Service in a Business Environment: Learn to provide customers with great service, whether in-person or online.
- Produce Documents in a Business Environment: Create refined reports, emails, and presentations using tools like Word or Google Docs.
- Solve Problems in a Business Environment: Tackle workplace challenges with smart, practical solutions.
- Work with Others in a Business Environment: Master teamwork and build strong professional relationships.
- Communicate in a Business Environment: Write clear emails and speak confidently in meetings.
- Contribute to Running a Project: Get involved in planning and delivering projects, from start to finish.
- Innovation in a Business Environment: Think creatively to improve processes and spark new ideas.
- Manage and Improve Own Performance in a Business Environment: Set goals, manage your time, and keep growing your skills.
