The Level 1 in Business course introduces you to the basics of the business world, providing essential knowledge and skills to build your understanding of business practices. You’ll cover topics such as business organisation, customer service, marketing, financial management, and teamworking, preparing you for further study or entry-level roles in the business sector. You will develop sector specific and transferable skills, with powerful frameworks such as role-playing, planning and pitching busines ideas, visual diplays and other tasks.
This course will help you develop empoyability skills and prepare you to progress to Level 2.
