Bank of England and LIBF trip

On Thursday 13 October students from T Level Management Administration and BTEC Business Level 3 went on a trip to Bank of England and LIBF.

They arrived at Bank Station, and then walked to the Bank of England Museum at 11.30. After going through a queue for security, students were able to visit the museum. It was useful for students studying finance at Level 3 since they had an opportunity to get an insight in how the Bank of England and Finance evolved.

They finished the BOE museum tour at 12.30 and had a group briefing on lunch break. Students were briefed on the rules and were asked to come back to BOE again at 1.30 pm so that they could head to LIBF.

Students and staff arrived at LIBF at 2.00 pm and we were greeted by a very helpful team. They went through careers and employability session which gave students an insight of working in Banking and Finance. Another staff member did a Degree programme presentation followed by an interactive quiz. Students enjoyed both presentations and Vala Musliu won the Kahoot quiz prize.
