The Employability Certificate NCFE Level 2 qualification helps you develop the knowledge, understanding, and key skills that employers seek.
The main aim of the course is to support you in building and improving the skills needed for the workplace. The course will boost your confidence and motivation for employment, enhance your communication and personal effectiveness, and provide a solid foundation for further study.
You will learn in a supportive environment, gaining confidence and skills that are valued by employers. Through practical, real-life activities, you will strengthen your employability and take important steps toward your career goals. This qualification also prepares you for progression to further study, supported internships, or employment opportunities.
This course is especially suitable for young people with special educational needs and is available for ages 16-18, and up to 24 years old for those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Qualifications at Level 1 are advisable, but not required.
Literacy and numeracy skills at Level 1 is preferred.
