Real-World Learning with Amazon

T Level Business and Accounting students are working on two live projects with Amazon, gaining valuable industry insight, developing workplace skills, and applying their learning to real business challenges.

We are delighted that our T Level Business and Accounting students have been given the opportunity to participate in two live projects with Amazon.

This exciting collaboration provides students with valuable insight into one of the world’s leading organisations, enabling them to apply their classroom learning to real business challenges while developing the skills and knowledge required for future careers.

Working on live projects offers students a unique opportunity to experience how business concepts are applied in practice. It allows them to strengthen their problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the demands and expectations of the modern workplace.

Throughout the project, students will be supported by mentors from a range of teams across Amazon, giving them exposure to different areas of the business and a broader understanding of career opportunities within a global organisation. They will also take part in employability workshops, professional development sessions and interactive learning activities designed to enhance their workplace readiness.

The enthusiasm, engagement and professionalism demonstrated by our students have been fantastic to see. Their willingness to embrace new challenges and make the most of this opportunity reflects the ambition and commitment that T Level programmes are designed to foster.

Experiences like these are invaluable in helping young people build confidence, develop practical workplace skills and gain meaningful insight into the world of business. By connecting education with industry, students are better prepared to progress into employment, apprenticeships or higher education.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Amazon team for investing their time, expertise and support into this project. Partnerships such as this play a vital role in enriching students’ learning experiences and preparing them for successful futures.

Special recognition also goes to Dr Bin Chen, Business Lecturer and Project Lead, whose dedication and commitment have helped make this opportunity possible for our students.

We look forward to seeing the outcomes of the project and celebrating our students’ achievements in the weeks ahead.
