Employer and Student Awards 2026
We celebrated our annual Employer and Student Awards on 22 June 2026, recognising the employers and industry partners whose support is helping students gain the skills, experience and confidence to succeed in their future careers.
On 22 June 2026, Stanmore College proudly welcomed employers, partners, staff and students to our brand new facilities for the annual Employer and Student Awards, celebrating the partnerships that help prepare students for the world of work. We were thrilled and honoured to have our special guest, Councillor Yogesh Teli, Mayor of Harrow, attend our first event at our brand new campus.
The awards recognise employers and industry partners who have made an outstanding contribution through work placements, T Level industry placements, careers talks, mentoring, curriculum projects, skills development and employment opportunities. Their continued support plays a vital role in connecting education with industry and giving students valuable real-world experience.
We are incredibly grateful to every organisation that invests its time, expertise and resources in supporting our learners. Together, these partnerships are helping to shape brighter futures for our students.

Due to ongoing construction work at the College, we were unfortunately unable to invite all of our employer partners to this year’s celebration. We would nevertheless like to thank every employer, placement provider and industry partner who has supported our students throughout the year.
Whether through hosting work placements, delivering industry insights, mentoring students or creating employment opportunities, your contribution has been invaluable. Thank you for helping us equip our students with the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to succeed.
Together, we are shaping futures and creating pathways to success.
