Learning, Collaboration and Innovation at the National T Level Conference

It was a privilege to attend the National T Level Conference, organised by the Education and Training Foundation (ETF). The event brought together educators, training providers, employers and sector leaders from across the country to share insights, celebrate achievements and discuss the future of technical education.

The conference provided valuable updates on the continued development of T Levels, forthcoming reforms and the introduction of V Levels. It was encouraging to hear about the progress being made across the sector and the ongoing commitment to ensuring that young people gain the skills, knowledge and experiences needed to thrive in their chosen careers.

A particular highlight was hearing from colleges and training providers that shared examples of innovative practice, successful employer partnerships and effective approaches to delivering high-quality technical education. These sessions reinforced the importance of collaboration in creating meaningful industry placements and positive outcomes for learners.

Events such as this demonstrate the collective impact of educators, employers and support staff in shaping the future workforce. The success stories shared throughout the conference highlighted the opportunities being created for young people and the transformative role technical education can play in their lives.

A huge thank you to the Education and Training Foundation (ETF) and the Department for Education (DfE) for delivering such an informative and engaging event. We left feeling inspired, energised and optimistic about the future of technical education and the opportunities it will continue to create for learners across the UK.
