Each year Stanmore College is happy to share information and get involved in Colleges’ Week. This is our opportunity to celebrate and shout about all the brilliant things that colleges do, to build communities, boost businesses, and support individuals not to mention calling on the government for better investment in colleges, and fair pay for college staff.
#LoveOurColleges - As well as educating young people, we are extremly proud to help upskill and teach adults of all ages. We want to give them the confidence and knowledge they need to:
⭐ achieve their dreams
⭐ participate in their hobbies
⭐ learn skills to make everyday life easier such as IT and English
Our students celebrate college life in many ways throughout the year, these include Awards events and ceremonies, careers’ fairs, speakers and related activities, student enrichment, competitions, Dragons’ Den, engineering workshops, charity raising, International Women’s Day, Holocaust Memorial Day, multiple educational and fun trips, black history month and Remembrance Day.
