Alumni Spotlight: Kareem's Creative Evolution in Media
We were thrilled to welcome back alumni student Kareem, who visited our newly upgraded, state-of-the-art Media Department.
Kareem, a 2019 graduate of our Level 3 Game Design and Animation course, has since leveraged the transferable skills he gained to pursue various work and creative projects.
Five years after completing the course, Kareem had glowing remarks about his experience. He found the course to be enjoyable, engaging, well-structured, and expertly taught. One of his most enduring memories was how the program encouraged him to fully embrace his creativity and express his ideas authentically.
The Media course provided Kareem with a solid foundation to understand and critically analyse media, fostering his ability to form independent opinions. This empowerment has been instrumental in boosting his confidence and shaping his critical thinking skills.
Kareem pursued the course because it aligned with his passions, and it has given him a deep appreciation for the complexities of the Media field, from industry-standard software to pre-production, planning, layout, and effective communication of ideas and concepts.
It was a joyous occasion for his former teacher, Vinny, to reunite with Kareem. We look forward to welcoming him back anytime to explore the latest developments and upgrades in our Media Department.
