Groundworks Completion
The redevelopment of Stanmore College has taken another significant step forward with the completion of the Oak Building demolition and the start of foundation work for the new build.
A concrete crusher was brought onsite to recycle materials from the demolished Oak Building. This process allowed for efficient waste management, breaking down debris into reusable materials for removal and future use.

The piling for Oak was also removed, finalising the demolition phase. Additionally, work has now begun on upgrading the existing drainage system and installing a new drainage infrastructure to support the new development.
This is a great step forward as it marks the end of demolition and the start of the construction for the New Build.
