Crane Installed & Vertical Structure Takes Shape

The transformation of Stanmore College is reaching new heights—literally! With the successful installation of the tower crane on 1st February, construction has now moved into an exciting new phase. The ground floor slab for Block B is partially completed, and the first vertical concrete structures are beginning to rise, shaping the future campus.

Key Construction Developments

The newly installed tower crane is now fully operational, playing a crucial role in lifting and positioning materials for the next stages of construction. Meanwhile, significant progress has been made on the ground floor slab for Block B, marking an important step in the structural build. With the foundations complete, the team has now begun work on the vertical concrete framework, which will define the shape of the new buildings.

These milestones bring us closer to realizing a modern, sustainable campus—one designed to foster learning, innovation, and collaboration for future generations.

What’s Next?

With the structural framework now underway, the coming weeks will see further reinforcement work, concrete pours, and the continued rise of the building’s core structure. Each step brings us closer to an exciting new chapter for Stanmore College.
