Lecturer in Computing and ICT

LECTURER IN COMPUTING and ICT
(Full time, 36 hours per week, through the year; Pert time position is also available)

An inspiring, innovative, dynamic, and enthusiastic Lecturer is required to join an established IT team. Applicants are welcomed from newly qualified teachers.

The following are some examples of units you may be delivering to different levels:

Information Technology Systems / Using social media in business / Programming / Website Development / IT Project Management / Cyber Security and Incident Management / IT Services Delivery / Mobile Apps Development and Software Testing.

It would be a benefit if you had experience of delivering or willing to deliver T Level – Digital production Design and Development units and coordinate the Projects.

We would also expect a Lecturer to be able to code in Python, Visual C#, JAVA, HTML, CSS, JAVA Script, PHP, SQL & MS Access
Salary: Band H - I, points 25 – 35, £29,718 - £39,079 per annum

Enrichment Coordinator

STANMORE COLLEGE

ENRICHMENT CO-ORDINATOR
(36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:00pm, Permanent)

We are looking for an Enrichment Team Activities Co-ordinator to assist with the development, delivery and supervision of extra-curricular enrichment activities on non-sporting enrichment and female participation.

Candidates must have experience of working with young females (aged 16 – 19) in a Sports & Recreation environment and a qualification in the Sports and Leisure industry. The applicant will play an important role in the development of student participation in sport, particularly encouraging female participation in sports and running female only sessions at Stanmore College. A flexible approach to duties and working hours. Should possess a First Aid qualification or working towards one and have the ability to deal with first aid situations.

Salary: Band E, points 13 - 16, £21,738 - £23,785 per annum

It is desirable for applicants to have a relevant degree and a full teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed/DTLLS). However, Non-qualified teachers are also considered to this position. Recent experience of teaching BTEC Business in a school or FE college is essential.

We are looking for a Business lecturer to teach across a range of vocational Business courses at Levels 1 and 3. There may be a requirement to teach on T Levels and on Level 4 programmes. Business is one of the biggest area at Stanmore College. You will be joining an expert team who are very supportive and dedicated to deliver outstanding outcomes for learners. We deliver Business courses from Entry 3 to HE. The learner is at the heart of everything we do.

Based in Stanmore, Greater London, the College offers education to both young and adult learners mainly from Brent, Harrow, Hertfordshire and London.
Volunteering is a great way to build and disseminate transferable skills, particularly team work, presentation and communication. You can boost your CV and perform your social responsibilities whilst making a difference in the wider community.

We understand that your time, skills and enthusiasm are precious so we want you to get the most out of your experience with us.
