The Digital Learning Coach supports students to develop the digital skills essential for academic success, personal development, and employability. The role combines 1:1 and small group coaching with the creation of tailored digital resources. The Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) will support the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in overseeing all safeguarding and child protection matters across the College. This role includes providing advice and guidance to staff on safeguarding concerns and ensuring that policies and procedures are consistently and effectively implemented. The DDSL will play both a strategic and operational role in strengthening safeguarding practices throughout the institution.
