  Join Stanmore College as an Estates Officer and play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and vibrant campus during our exciting building development, supporting students with essential maintenance and services! We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Estates Officer to complete site maintenance tasks to a high standard, pre-planned maintenance, site and health & safety checks and to assist with general site maintenance duties. In addition, the Estates Team provide front line security to ensure student conduct in line with the College rules.

Applicants must have a relevant degree and a full teaching qualification or be completing a PGCE/Cert Ed/DTLLS this academic year. Recent knowledge of the requirements of teaching BTEC Applied Science Chemistry units across all levels 1-3 (e.g.: writing assignments, IV of assignments) and recent experience of teaching Chemistry in a school, FE college or adult learning institution is essential.
