LECTURER IN ICT
(Full time, 36 hours per week, through the year)

An inspiring, innovative, dynamic, and enthusiastic Lecturer is required to join an established IT team. Applicants are welcomed from newly qualified teachers.

The following are some examples of units you may be delivering:

Level 3 – Information Technology (RQF) – Information Technology Systems/ Using social media in business/programming/website development/IT Project Management/Cyber Security and incident Management/ IT Services Delivery/Mobile Apps development and Software Testing.

It would be a benefit if you had experience of delivering or willing to deliver T Level – Digital production Design and Development units and coordinate the Projects.

We would also expect a Lecturer to be able to code in Python, Visual C#, JAVA, HTML, CSS, JAVA Script, PHP, SQL & MS Access

We are looking for a Site Security Officer to encourage and ensure on-site security and appropriate student conduct in line with the College rules and to assist with general site maintenance duties.

Candidates must have recent experience of security work, preferably with young people, and a Level 2 qualification/Door Supervisor’s certificate.

Maintenance Officer

MAINTENANCE OFFICER
(Various shifts including evenings and weekends)
(Permanent, 36 hours per week, all year)

Stanmore College is a further education college in the London Borough of Harrow with an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’. It delivers education and training programmes to young people and adults.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Estates Officer to complete site maintenance tasks to a high standard, pre-planned maintenance, site and health & safety checks and to assist with general site maintenance duties.

Shifts required:
Monday to Friday 0530 – 1300
Monday to Friday 1100 – 1830 (alternate)
Saturday (typically 1 in 4)

In addition, the Estates Team provide front line security to ensure student conduct in line with the College rules.

Examinations Assistant

EXAMINATIONS ASSISTANT
(Permanent, full time, 36 hours per week)

We are looking for an efficient person to contribute as a member of the Examinations team to ensure that the entry, registration and examinations undertaken by Learners at all College sites are managed effectively and efficiently and completed in accordance with the Awarding bodies requirements. Further, that the data involved in these activities is recorded accurately within the College’s Management Information Systems (MIS).

You will have a minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role and qualified to minimum Level 2 Literacy & Numeracy and Level 3 administration or equivalent qualification.
