Enrolment for courses starting in 2024-2025
To join Stanmore College as a student for 2024-2025, you must complete the Enrolment process. Your enrolment will confirm your registration on a course, and you will become a student at the college. You must enrol in person by coming to our location in Stanmore.
Before we get into the details, we are very excited to have you join us as the student at the college. We want to support you as you develop your career and work towards your future and success. You will be a part of the college as we transform and modernise our facilities. We want to assure you that your learning journey will be unaffected while we undergo this redevelopment, and our courses will be running as they normally would.

How to enrol if you HAVE already applied:
If you have already applied to study with us, and you will receive an email with a link to our online portal, you check that your information is up to date. Complete as much as you can in advance if you wish to reduce the time spent onsite at enrolment. Once your information is updated you can use the booking link below to book a time to come in for enrolment.
How to enrol if you HAVE NOT applied:
If you have not applied to study with us yet, you can select a course and apply online click here to apply now. You can then use the booking link below to book a time to come in for enrolment.
Enrolment Location:
Please come to Stanmore College, Elm Park, Stanmore, Middx HA7 4BQ. Entry for enrolment will be via the Old Church Lane entrance. When onsite, follow the signs to the enrolment entrance.
Documents Required for 16-18 Full-Time Students:
You will not be able to complete your enrolment without these documents and evidence.
Proof of Qualifications:
- Examination results or result slips or course results or course qualification achieved to date.
Proof of Residency: (must be valid for minimum of 12 months)
- UK passport or proof of British birth certificate.
- EU Settled Status: biometric card or sharecode (sharecode has to be valid within last 3 months) – You can obtain a sharecode here https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status
- Home office documents or non-EU passport showing valid residency or dependency.
- All new BRPs expire on 31 December 2024. If you have permission to stay in the UK longer, you must register for and access your eVisa( https://www.gov.uk/get-access-evisa) so you can prove your immigration status online instead. Find out how with our handy eVisa application guide here

- UK drivers licence, or one of the following:
- Bank statement or utility bill or council bill or tenancy agreement (all must be valid within last 3 months).

You will not be able to complete your enrolment without these documents and evidence.

Proof of Benefits or Employment or Income: (all must be valid within last 3 months)
- Evidence of benefits (if unemployed or in receipt of benefits)
- Evidence of employment: wage slip or employment contract or bank statement
FAQ’s:
- How long will enrolment take? The enrolment procedure can take up to two hours, so please ensure you allow adequate time. As part of this process, you will be required to undertake an initial assessment in English and Maths. (You have the option to complete this online prior to your enrolment date). You will have a meeting with a subject teacher prior to completion of enrolment.
- What are term dates for 24/25? To view term dates for the full academic year 24/25, please click here.
- I have not received my link to the online enrolment portal, what should I do? Email admissions@stanmore.ac.uk with your full name and date of birth. We will check your application is correct and resend the link out to you.
