The Employability Certificate NCFE Level 2 qualification will enable you to develop the knowledge, understanding, and essential skills employers look for.

The primary purpose of this qualification is to support you in develop and enhance skills required for the working environment. The course will support your confidence and motivation for employment, help improve your communication skills and personal effectiveness, and provide you a basis for further study.

This course offers a supportive environment to help you develop confidence and build skills that employers value. Through practical, real-world activities, you’ll strengthen your employability and take important steps towards achieving your career goals. The course provides a strong foundation for progression and employability. After completing this course you can pursue further study, supported internships, or employment.

This qualification is ideal if you have special educational needs. It is available for 16-18yrs, and 16-24 yrs with EHCP.
