Our Introduction to Business BTEC Diploma Level 1 course introduces you to the basics of the business world. The course will provide you essential knowledge and skills to build your understanding of business practices.
You’ll cover topics such as business organisation, customer service, marketing, financial management, and teamwork. The course will prepare you for further study or employability into entry-level roles in the business sector. You will develop sector specific and transferable skills, with powerful frameworks such as role-playing, planning and pitching business ideas, as well as visual displays and other key tasks.
