Certificate Collection

Notice:

To collect your certificate, you must book an appointment in advance by emailing exams@stanmore.ac.uk

For information regarding post results services, fees and deadlines please check the documents available on our website.

Please ensure you provide your full name and student ID number as well as the qualifications your queries are related to. 

Collection Dates

  • Tuesday 4 August 2026
  • Friday 7 August 2026
  • Tuesday 11 August 2026
  • Friday 14 August 2026

Collection times: 11.00am to 1.00pm only.

Before You Visit

  • Certificate collection is available by appointment only.
  • Same-day appointments are not available.
  • Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow us time to prepare your certificate.
  • Please bring a valid form of photo identification.

Arriving at the College

Please enter via the new gate near the zebra crossing on Old Church Lane.

When you arrive for your appointment, call 020 8420 8986 or 020 8420 7884. Please only call on the day of your appointment once you have arrived at the College.

Remember to bring your Stanmore College Student ID and report to the Security Office, located at the entrance, upon arrival.
