Stanmore College Redevelopment Hits New Milestones

The redevelopment of Stanmore College is progressing at an impressive pace, with several key milestones reached in recent weeks.

A major achievement has been the successful commissioning of the new substation, which is now fully operational and supplying power across the site. This marks a critical step in enabling the next phases of construction and supporting the broader redevelopment efforts.

On the construction front, the third-floor concrete slab has been prepared and is currently being cast, adding further momentum to the superstructure’s progress. Meanwhile, the concrete on the lower floors is curing well, and the removal of temporary wooden supports is underway.

Looking ahead, the superstructure remains on track for completion in the coming month, and excitement continues to build within the college community as the new campus steadily takes shape. We look forward to sharing more updates as this transformative journey progresses.
