Celebrating T Levels Week
October 13-17 is T Levels week. We’re joining colleges and employers across the country to celebrate T Levels Week.
T Levels are high-quality Level 3 qualifications designed in collaboration with employers to give students the skills, knowledge, and experience that today’s industries demand.
Each course combines classroom learning with a substantial work placement, helping students gain confidence, develop real-world expertise, and open doors to exciting futures, whether that’s university, higher apprenticeships, or skilled employment.
At Stanmore College, we are proud to deliver a wide range of T Level programmes with specialist pathways to suit different career ambitions. To explore our latest range of courses, please visit our T Levels page.
Our students benefit from expert teaching, and strong links with local employers. These partnerships ensure placements are meaningful, giving students the chance to make a real impact while still studying.

T Level Student Success Stories
“Choosing Stanmore College was a game-changer for me. It was the only place offering T Levels in IT, which I needed to secure an apprenticeship. The support they gave throughout my journey was incredible, especially when it came to helping students with their career choices. Not only is the College known for its strong employment rates, but they also offer great opportunities like engaging trips that enrich your experience. My T Levels played a crucial role in helping me land valuable work experience. I was able to show transferrable skills on my CV and that set me apart. As a result, I have confirmed a Level 4 apprenticeship with Telstra International, based in over 90 countries worldwide providing data services to companies like the NHS and Google! I’m truly grateful for how Stanmore College has kickstarted my career path.”

I chose Stanmore College because it offered T Levels, as I knew A Levels weren’t the right path for me. I really liked the structure of the programme and was impressed by the College’s strong connections with employers, which gave me excellent work placement opportunities. Stanmore gave me plenty of opportunities, and I made the most of every single one. During my six months working with a solicitor, I learned a lot about property law and gained valuable insight into workplace culture. The experience taught me the importance of good work habits, routines, and professionalism. I’ve now secured a place at university to study Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management.

I chose Stanmore College because it was the only local option offering T Levels, and I’m so glad I did, the course has been a great experience. I chose Stanmore College because it was the only one offering T Levels in Early Years, and it was the perfect choice for me. The course offered me deeper content and a much wider experience when it came to experiencing exams. With five different types of exams on the course, I felt that experiencing this range would help me be better prepared for university, where I aim to complete my Level 6 qualification. My vision is to become a room leader, work my way up, and eventually open my own nursery. I am proud to have a scholarship waiting for me, and I really excited about what the future holds.

I chose Stanmore College because it was the only college offering T Levels in the location I wanted. The course gave me the chance to experience real workplaces while still learning in the classroom, and that balance made all the difference to my confidence and career direction. The biggest advantage of the course for me was definitely the work experience. I had the chance to work in both a recruitment firm and a secondary school, which gave me valuable insight into two very different sectors. These opportunities not only helped me build skills but also gave me a clearer understanding of how the world of work operates and what might suit me best in the future.

I chose Stanmore College because it offered the right courses in my preferred location. I really enjoyed both the course and the work experience opportunities. They gave me the chance to apply what I was learning in real settings and helped me grow in ways I didn’t expect. Through the support of my tutors and the experiences I gained, I became much more confident in myself and my abilities. The course prepared me not only academically but also personally, and I now feel ready to take the next step. I always knew I wanted to study Early Years, but my journey didn’t start in a straight line. I began with A levels, but soon realised I wanted a more direct and hands-on approach to learning. That’s when I made the switch to T Levels, and it was the best decision for me. The T Levels course gave me the practical experience and confidence I needed to pursue my dream of becoming a primary school teacher. My next step is to study Primary Education with Qualified Teacher Status, and I couldn’t be more excited about it.
