Our Functional Skills Maths course will help you improve your skills and prepare you to pass your tests.

English and Maths qualification at any level but this will be assessed on interview.
You must be aged 19+ to apply for this course.

Course content
- Number Skills:
- Counting, reading, writing, and ordering numbers up to 20.
- Simple addition and subtraction.
- Recognising and using simple fractions (e.g., 1/2, 1/4).
- Measure, Shape, and Space:
- Understanding and using common measures (length, weight, capacity).
- Recognising and naming basic 2D and 3D shapes.
- Understanding position and direction.
- Handling Data:
- Sorting and classifying objects.
- Reading and interpreting simple charts and diagrams.

Internally assessed via in class assessments followed by formal examinations.
