Stanmore College is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted for Accountancy College of the Year – Public Sector at the prestigious PQ Magazine Awards 2026.
Hosted annually by PQ Magazine, the awards are among the most respected in the accountancy education sector, recognising outstanding achievement in teaching, training, mentoring, innovation and leadership. Now in its 23rd year, the awards continue to celebrate the colleges, educators and professionals helping to shape the future of the accountancy profession across the UK.
Being shortlisted in this highly competitive category is a significant achievement and reflects our continued commitment to delivering high-quality accountancy education, supporting student progression, and preparing learners for successful careers in finance and business.
This recognition also highlights the benefits of studying with us, where our students gain access to expert teaching, industry-relevant qualifications and a learning environment focused on achievement and professional growth.
The winners will be announced at the PQ Magazine Awards gala ceremony on Monday 27 April 2026 in London, where leaders from across the accountancy and education sectors will gather to celebrate excellence.
Our congratulations to all nominees and shortlisted institutions. We look forward to the awards ceremony, wishing everyone the very best of luck.
