Doors Opening to Creative Careers at ITV

On 26th November, we had an inspiring career and apprenticeship talk with Laura Scougall, Head of the ITV Academy for our Media, ITC and Business students. Laura took us on a fascinating journey through ITV’s history, explaining how the company has grown and evolved into the industry leader it is today.

Students were especially excited to learn about ITV’s production traineeships, work experience opportunities, and apprenticeships. The session provided valuable insights into the roles available and what it takes to succeed in the media industry. With applications opening in February, many of our students are now motivated and planning to apply.

Looking ahead, a few of our students will also have the opportunity to attend a taster session at ITV’s studio in the New Year, giving them hands-on experience and a closer look at the world of television production.
