At Stanmore College, we are focused on ensuring you are given the opportunity to develop skills that will help you achieve a successful future.

Learning a new vocational skill is only one part of what College life is about. Work Placement is an important part of your course and is designed to help you to develop additional job-specific skills in a hands-on way that will compliment what you are learning in the classroom.

We want to make certain that all students leave Stanmore College with a full range of skills and the knowledge needed to improve their chances of getting the career they want. Work Placement at Stanmore College is designed to give you a taster and insight into future career options and give you the exposure into what it is like to be employed. Having a period of Work Placement on your CV is always something employers are looking for and it gives you an extra edge to your CV and provides you a story to talk about at job interviews.

Preparing you for the working world is very important to us, our aim is to make your next step a successful one!
