Employer Awards Evening

Stanmore College was thrilled to host an unforgettable evening in honour of our Employers who have helped our students learn employability skills.

 

The evening was a memorable opportunity to recognise and celebrate the contributions made to the college by Employers. We thank our Employers for partnering with the college to ensure our learners gain the necessary work experience to develop their skills to be employment ready. They have collaborated tirelessly with our work placement and curriculum teams, and to partake in taster sessions, employer talks, and other projects.

The evening was even more wonderful with the presence of the Mayor of Harrow, Cllr Mr. Salim Chowdhury, as our chief guest. The former Mayor, Mr. Ramji Chauhan was even one of the awardees.

Employers get to shape the future workforce. We appreciate their value to give back to the community and society at large. We welcome more employers to join us in our endeavour to prepare students for the working world. It was so amazing to see such a high attendance, even though it was Euro Football semi- final match, and England was playing! Along with dinner and an evening of networking, we also thank the Governors of Stanmore College who graced the evening with their presence. Congratulations once again on being one of our esteemed Award Recipients.
