Course outline
The objectives of these qualifications are to help learners to develop and enhance skills required for the working environment develop learners’ confidence for employment and motivation. Improve communication skills and personal effectiveness. It will provide a basis for further study.

It covers all aspects of employability skills and aspects of effective knowledge about work and careers with units like Team working, Health and Safety, Customer Service, Job Application skills, job searching skills
