The Early Years Workforce Diploma Level 3 is a comprehensive course designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to work as an early years educator. You will explore a range of topics, including child development, safeguarding, health and safety, and promoting positive behaviour. This qualification focuses on developing your understanding of how to support children’s learning and development in a variety of early years settings. Throughout the course, you will gain practical experience working with children and will learn how to plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of all children, including those with additional needs. You will also learn how to assess children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues. This diploma will prepare you for a range of roles in early years education, such as nursery worker, teaching assistant, or early years practitioner.

By the end of the course, you will have the qualifications required to work with children in settings such as nurseries, schools, and children’s centers, with the option to progress further into higher-level qualifications or employment.
