Learning Support Team Leader
LEARNING SUPPORT TEAM LEADER(Permanent, Full-time, through a year)
We ae looking for a Learning Support Team Leader to ensure that support for students is organised appropriately in line with the funding available for the support. You will be responsible for day-to-day co-ordination of Learning Support Assistants including their timetabling as well as liaising with local authorities in relation to funding.
You will have experience and knowledge of working with and supporting Students with Special Educational Needs. You must have good interpersonal communication and organisational skills combined with a professional attitude to work.

Salary: £31,984 – £35,906 per annum

Who are we looking for?
Applicants will have experience of working within a help desk environment and sound demonstrable knowledge of working within the Microsoft Windows ecosystem, maintaining server infrastructure, configuring and working with network devices, as well as experience of supporting end users with desktop applications. The successful candidate will have experience of troubleshooting and resolving a spectrum of second/third line issues in both a hardware and software context and have experience of being a point of escalation for more technical issues. Experience in the Office365 Suite of applications, MECM, Windows Server (2016-2022), PowerShell, Azure, Intune and backup methodology are beneficial. Training will be available to the appointed candidate.
Salary: £38,982 – £42,059

Our new Director of Governance will play a crucial role in ensuring effective governance, compliance and risk management within the college. Your extensive experience as a governance or compliance professional will enable you to develop, implement and oversee governance and procedures to ensure our college operates with integrity and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
With the ability to confidently and effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, you will provide leadership and guidance to the governing body, facilitating effective decision-making processes, promoting transparency andensuring our governors are well equipped to fulfil their roles and responsibilities.
